Most people solve problems or make decisions based on what seems reasonable, what make sense, or how they feel.


Their solutions to their problems usually come from “they did it to me.” “If I don’t get them, they’ll get me.” Or “only one of us can win and it’s going to be me.” These are what we consider win/lose solutions.

In this chapter, we will be exploring problem solving as seen through a “me and you” world, a world where the goal is a win/win solution for all parties involved.


This will mean giving up complaining, blaming, procrastination, justification and failure. It will also require you to act out of a sense of purpose – listening to that small still voice inside you instead of old audios and movies of what seems to be reasonable or sensible.
